What equipment and services does Relinquo offer?

At Relinquo, we offer a wide range of Mobility Equipment and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for your convenience. Some of our most popular rental items include Wheelchairs, Transport Chairs, Power Scooters, Power Chairs, Walkers, Rollators, Full Electric Hospital Beds with Therapeutic Foam Mattresses and Bed Side Rails, Air Pressure Mattresses (APM), Full Reclining Zero Gravity Lift Chairs, and Electric Hoyer Lifts with Full Body Sling.

How can I check the availability of equipment at Relinquo and make a booking?

It’s incredibly easy! You have two options: you can book your equipment online by filling out the rental form and checking the rates, or you can simply send us an email at with the dates you need, the desired equipment, the destination area, and your contact information. One of our representatives will promptly get in touch with you on the same day, providing a comprehensive quote and detailed information about our availability.

Where can I pick up and return the equipment?

Relinquo offers convenient delivery services for the equipment directly to your hotel, residence, venue, or cruise ship port.

For hotel rentals, you can easily leave the equipment at the hotel bell desk.

When it comes to cruise ship rentals, you can return the equipment at the same location where you initially picked it up. Generally, this location is the lower gangway or embarkation desk, but it may vary depending on the cruise line.

How quickly can I book mobility equipment?

To ensure equipment availability, we suggest contacting us at least 48 hours in advance for land-based rentals.

For cruise-based rentals, we recommend allowing at least 5 business days. However, in case of an emergency, we will make every effort to provide you with the necessary equipment as quickly as possible.

I weigh more than the average person. Will the equipment be suitable for my needs?

Our stocked equipment at our locations is designed to meet the needs of the majority of our customers. We encourage you to review the specifications of all the products before placing your order.

When should I recharge the batteries of the equipment?

The battery of your personal transport vehicle needs to be charged every day. Simply plug the power cord into a standard outlet at the end of the day and allow it to charge overnight. The equipment will come with a separate off-board charger.

What payment methods are accepted?

After completing the booking process through our secure point of sale (POS), you will have the option to make your payment online at your convenience. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Is the published price the final price to be paid?

All prices and rates on the website are subject to sales tax based on each location, and additional costs such as delivery fees may apply. Please contact one of our representatives for more information.
